About Technivox

An engineering companywith a business mind.

Technivox Solutions exists because too much software is built without a clear commercial reason, and too much good thinking never reaches production. We work in the space between the two: practical technology, delivered by a team that takes responsibility for the outcome.

01 — How we think

Seven convictions that shape every engagement.

01

Engineering mindset

Software is a system with consequences, not a deliverable. We care about how it behaves under load, under failure and under the next developer who opens it.

02

Business-first thinking

Every technical decision has a commercial shadow. We ask what it costs, what it locks you into and what it earns before we ask what it uses.

03

Practical technology

We choose proven tools that your team can hire for and maintain. Novelty is not a strategy, and neither is complexity for its own sake.

04

Product thinking

Requirements are a starting hypothesis. We challenge features that will not be used and protect the ones that decide whether the product works.

05

Reliable delivery

Dates that hold, updates that arrive, and problems raised early rather than explained afterwards. Predictability is a feature of a team.

06

Long-term partnerships

We optimise for the second and third engagement, which means being honest in the first — including when the answer is that you do not need us.

07

Global collaboration

Distributed by design: written communication, documented decisions and overlapping hours so distance never becomes an excuse.

02 — Global collaboration

Built to work across time zones, not despite them.

Our clients and partners work in different countries and currencies. That shapes how we operate: written by default, deliberate overlap hours, and decisions recorded so nobody waits a day for an answer they could have read.

Written firstDecisions, context and updates recorded where anyone can find them later.
Overlap hoursA guaranteed daily window shared with your team for reviews and decisions.
One cadenceThe same reporting rhythm regardless of where the team members sit.
Local fluencyComfortable working across IST, CET and EST business norms and currencies.

03 — Long-term partnerships

We'd rather have ten relationships that last than a hundred projects that don't.

Most of our work continues after launch, and most of our partners come back with the next brief. That only happens if the first engagement was honest about cost, clear about trade-offs and delivered without drama. It is a slower way to grow, and the only one we're interested in.

Honest estimates

Ranges with assumptions, revised openly when reality changes them.

No lock-in

Your code, your accounts, your documentation — transferable at any point.

Continuity of knowledge

More than one person knows your system. Always.

Work with us.

As a client or as a partner — both conversations start the same way.
